Uses:

CILANTRO ESSENTIAL OIL RECIPES

1.
Vegetarian Black Bean Burgers
Ingredients: 2 drops Cilantro oil, 2 drops Basil oil ,2 garlic cloves , 2 cans black beans, drained and divided, 1 egg, 1 cup bread crumbs, ½ cup yellow onion, ¼ cup red bell pepper, Salt and pepper
​Instructions: Place half the beans, and all the other ingredients in a food processor. Blend until a smooth texture is acquired. Add the other half of the beans. Separate into 4 patties. Add olive oil to skillet and heat. Cook patties for 6 minutes on each side. Remove, place on bun, add condiments as desired.

Cilantro-Kale Pesto Dipping Sauce
Ingredients: Cilantro-Kale Pesto - 2 ½ cups kale leaves, 1 clove garlic, ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil, ⅓ cup cilantro leaves, ⅓ cup pepitas, ¼ teaspoon salt, ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Dipping Sause -1 drop Cilantro oil, 1 cup Greek yogurt, Salt and pepper, to taste (if desired)
​Instructions: Cilantro-Kale Pesto - Combine all ingredients, add to food processor, and blend until smooth texture is acquired. 
Dipping Sauce - Combine pesto, yogurt, and Cilantro essential oil in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until blended evenly. Salt and pepper to taste, if desired.

Stuffed Chicken Tomatoes
Ingredients: 6 large tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of mayo or yogurt ranch dressing, 2 cups chicken, cooked and cubed, 1 ½ tablespoons red onion, minced, 1 drop Cilantro oil, 1 drop Lemon oil, 1 tablespoon fresh Italian parsley, chopped  ,1 tablespoon Dijon mustard ,1 celery rib, chopped, ½ cup red bell pepper, minced ,⅓ cucumber, chopped, ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons olive oil, 
​Instructions: Cut the top ½” off each tomato, scoop out seed pulp. Place tomatoes upside down on paper towels and allow to drain.Combine bell pepper, onion, chicken, celery and cucumber in medium mixing bowl.Stir olive oil, essential oils, mustard, ranch and parsley in a small mixing bowl. Pour small mixing bowl mixture into medium mixing bowl and toss. Spoon chicken salad into hulled tomatoes. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready.

Spring Detox Juice
Ingredients: 3 stalks kale, 2 stalks celery, 1 drop Cilantro essential oil, 1 lime, 1 apple, 1 cucumber
​Instructions: Combine all ingredients except the essential oil, and place in a blender. Blend into juice. Add essential oil to taste.
